Over the last six years, Kathleen O’Shea has quickly built her reputation as a top-seller in the real estate market in Bexar County. Earning a BA at the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA at St. Mary’s, she chose to come home to San Antonio after graduation from UT and raise her family in her hometown. She is the mother of college-age twins and has been very involved in their education, contributing in many ways to private and public education in San Antonio.

Early on, she had a successful sales career with Coca-Cola Foods. After completing her MBA, her career took off in medical device sales, which led her to work with doctors in the military, VA, and private practice. Her philanthropic work and support of the city have resulted in countless hours given to many community organizations in the area. The extensive list includes being the Development Co-Chair of the School of Nursing Advisory Council, UT Health, Board member of Any Baby Can of San Antonio, Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy and Habitat for Humanity. Her extensive background has built a large network of valuable resources she provides for her clients.

First and foremost, Kathleen sees herself as a fierce advocate for her clients. “I feel a sense of responsibility for each client and want to protect them so that their experience is positive through each step of the transaction. Whether my clients are buying their first home, relocating to the area, or selling a home, I will work tirelessly to make it a great experience. I know the unique qualities of each neighborhood in our community so I am able to pass that information on to my clients as they search for the home that best fits their needs. My goals for each client is to listen to their needs, exceed their expectations, and maintain confidentiality. Building lasting relationships with my clients long after the sale is important to me.”
